Who We Are
Established in December 2012 and registered in Islamabad under Registration No. 2002, Safia Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) across Pakistan. Our mission is to transform disability into ability by empowering individuals through rehabilitation, education, skill development, health services, psychosocial support, and advocacy.
We believe that every person—regardless of physical or cognitive ability—has the right to live with dignity, independence, and purpose. Guided by the principle of “Ability, Not Disability,” Safia Foundation works tirelessly to ensure inclusion, equity, and opportunity for all.

To rehabilitate and empower Persons with Disabilities through education, health, social support, and economic inclusion, transforming them into confident, self-reliant members of society.
